COOKIES POLICY USED BY BIOSERENITY 

ARTICLE 1: WHAT IS A COOKIE? 

A cookie is a file that can be saved on the hard drive of your device when You visit the Site. These small files may contain, for example, the browser language, the shopping cart and your preferences. 

 

We deposit cookies on your terminals in order to allow You to navigate in optimal conditions on the Site and to restore your preferences when You are connected via their usual terminal, or to produce statistics.  

ARTICLE 2: COOKIES WE USE VIA THE SITE

  • Navigation, which are cookies necessary for the proper technical functioning of the Site because they allow the display of content from each terminal to be optimized; 

 

  • Functional, which are not essential for the proper functioning of the Site but optimize the experience on the Site by allowing you to memorize information relating to a form that You have completed on the Site or to adapt the presentation of the latter (in particular, the language used, the display resolution); 

 

  • Analytics and audience measurement, which track User browsing for optimization purposes. BioSerenity uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google to improve the functioning of the Site. Google Analytics uses the data collected, in particular the number of visitors, the origin and the details of the pages which have been visited, to monitor and study the use of the Site, to prepare reports on the activities. PURPOSE

Visitor cookie including the identifier of a visitor 

Visitor_id<accountid>-hash 

Visitor hash cookie. This cookie is a security measure to ensure that a malicious user cannot impersonate a pardot visitor and access the corresponding prospect information.

Allows you to set activation preferences

Traffic data is generated when your terminal is connected to the internet and to the Site. 

 

This data may be used for statistical purposes in order to analyze the use of the Site and to improve it by adapting it to your needs. Traffic data is never used personally by BioSerenity.
